BREWER MONKS
Following our other dioramas we made on medieval life between 1200 and 1300; this time we have created a monastery ‘s brewery, where beer was manufactured and sold, especially in the northern areas of Europe, where wine was less in use and more expensive.
Beer was at first the people’s drink then spread to even the wealthiest classes.
In the scene there will be a room for beer brewery and a another where a person in charge of some lord comes to taste the product, all flanked by jolly monks.
